Planning & Design
First, we figure out what you're actually building. The layout, the look, the materials, the little details you saved somewhere three years ago and swore you'd remember. We bring it all together into a clear design and construction plan.
Engineering & Permitting
Then we make sure it can actually be built. Structural engineering, architectural plans, building permits and code requirements are coordinated before construction begins. The city may have a few opinions of its own. We deal with those too.
Complex Craftsmanship
Then there are the things worth taking your time with. Custom cabinetry, tile, finish carpentry, trim, woodwork and specialty finishes—the details you notice every day.
